Consideration for your Neighbours

We have all bought on Hacienda Riquelme to enjoy a good life be it for living or holidays or indeed renting out. We all want to enjoy life here. We cannot do that unless everyone is considerate to their neighbour. The committee cannot make rules that it cannot police so it is down to all of us to make life here a good one.

Below are just a few things to think about:

• Do not park on the road unless in parking bays. You are causing a hazard and maybe will cause an accident.

• If you use the pools, please shower before getting into the pool. Sun creams and oils are making the pools dirty and will clog filters.

• If you must smoke around the pools take your rubbish home with you – or put it in a bin. Ideally do not smoke poolside.

• Dress appropriately – naked and topless bathing is not appropriate. Babies and toddlers in the pools MUST wear swimming nappies.

• Sun loungers – please do not chain them to the wooden fences. Take them back to your apartment at the end of the day.

• If you have a dog, clean up after it. We do not want to walk in your dog’s mess. Dogs are not allowed in the pools or in pool areas. They must be on a leash at all times in communal areas.

• Do not walk on the golf buggy track. The track is only for golfers. Golf balls can injure and even kill a child.

• Do not allow your children to play on the golf course and practice grounds – they are not a playground.

• Think of your neighbours if you have a party, barbeque or come home late.

Please make sure that your tenants and guests know about these guidelines.
