- THE POOL OF THE COMMUNITY WILL BE CLOSED FOR SWIMMING FROM 9.00 P.M. TO 9.00 A.M. - PARENTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND SUPERVISION OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. - CHILDREN SHALL ONLY USE THE POOLS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ADULTS WHO WILL ULTIMATELY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFETY. - NO BALL GAMES IN POOLS, GRASS OR PLANTED AREAS - NO BICYCLES ON PLANTED AREAS OR GRASS. - NO SUN BEDS OR CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED ON PATHWAYS - NO AIR BEDS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SWIMMING POOL. - NO JUMPING OR DIVING IN THE POOL - WASHING LINES ON THE FACADES, BALCONIES AND RAILINGS ARE FORBIDDEN. - PETS SHALL BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES IN THE COMMUNITY AREAS. OWNERS SHOULD NOT ALLOW DOGS TO FOUL GRASS OR PATHWAYS. - ALL RUBBISH TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE APPROPIATE BINS. PLEASE DON´T THROW LITTER - NOISE LEVELS TO BE KEPT DOWN THESE RULES WERE ADOPTED BY THE FIRST AGM IN JUNE 2008. THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING THE RULES
