Peraleja Golf
Community Centre
We now have our very own Community Centre (The old Resortalia Office). The centre is open Monday to Friday 10.00 to 12.00. It is staffed by owners who are mainly residents. If you have a couple of hours to spare whilst you are here please come in and say hello and, if possible, volunteer to help out.
Currently we have a small selection of books, DVD, CD and magazines. You can choose to purchase any of the items. Or if you wish you can exchange any item. We need your books, CDs etc - both English and Spanish! We also have tourist information and useful leaflets for you. As we are manned by residents we also are a mine of information! Additionally we have two computers and a printer for your use. Internet cards are available to purchase from the supermarket. We are charging 0.20€ per print/photocopy so you can print out your boarding card. Leave your laptop at home and use our computers! More hand luggage allowance!!!
We also have a suggestion book for any idea that you feel will be of interest to you and others - we are hoping to be able to use the Centre for various activities in the warmer weather i.e. coffee afternoons, Spanish/English lessons, Tai Chi and Painting are some of the suggestions we have received.
Birds On Hacienda One of our owners has complied a list of birds seen and heard on Hacienda Riquelme. It is in a mix of Spanish and English together with pictures and sounds of the birds. It is fascinating and well worth downloading. Click here to download.

Inter-resort Bus Timetable Click here for the latest timetable Did you know that there are horse riding stables on Peraleja Golf - next door to Hacienda Riquelme? There is also a newly opened restaurant/bar next to the stables with a wide array of tapas. The views of the surrounding countryside are fabulous - on a clear day you can see the Mediterranean. Peraleja are very keen to develop strong bonds with us. We will be working with the golf society to arrange tournaments there.

1 hour without teacher: 15€
1 hour with teacher: 15€
8 classes without teacher: 100€
8 classes with teacher: 100€
1 hour outing: 20€
Annual season ticket without teacher: 1200€
Board (Stall cleaning, bathing and exercise included): 250€ per month
1 hour lesson for boarders: 10€
All bookings need to be made 24 hours in advance and should be made with the Caddy Master on 968 60 75 75
