Long Term Rental Available - Nerja, Costa Del Sol - Phase Unknown
We have an apartment in Nerja on the Costa Del Sol (1 hour's drive north of Málaga Airport), which we are looking at renting long term (3+ months).

It is located on the lovely Tropicana Urbanisation, which is located just west of Nerja town - easy beach walk. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a large terrace, with amazing views of the mountains, Nerja town and the sea. Very private and not overlooked. Photos are available on request.

Accessed by a number of steps, so not good for wheelchair users unfortunately.

The Urbanisation has a very popular British bar next to the communal swimming pool and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Nerja is a lovely resort which has kept it's Spanish feel. Even throughout the downturn, it has maintained a thriving atmosphere with many shops and restaurants open all year round. I was there in February and was amazed at the buzz it had even then.
