A beautiful poolside apartment on the ground floor (phase 1), with a small private garden. One twin bedroom, and one double bedroom, provide sleeping space for four adults, and a bed settee comfortably sleeps younger members of the family.

Our apartment is a two bedroom luxury apartment with stunning views of the golf course and surrounding mountains, designed and furnished to meet the requirements of the most demanding of travellers.


The Kitchen:

The lounge and dining areas are designed with convenience and relaxation in mind, providing high quality entertainment along with excellent views of the golf course and surrounding mountains from the terrace.

In this area you will find: a 40” flat screen LCD TV with built in Freeview and cable TV, with over 200 channels including UK channels, CD player with USB port. A 3 seater faux leather sofa bed that sleeps 2, a comfortable 2 seater sofa and single armchair. Dining table with 4 chairs, Free Wi-fI internet access.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double. The two single beds can be joined to form a double bed should you wish.

The main bedroom has a 21" flat screen TV with built in DVD.

Both rooms have been furnished to a high standard, and include the following key features: Both rooms will be provided with clean linen before your arrival, including bath towels. Fitted wardrobes, with hangers and drawers. Bedside tables and lamps. Air Conditioning. Black out window blinds. Terrace with view.

The bathroom is equipped with the usual conveniences, toilet, bidet, high power shower and bath.

One of the most wonderful features of the apartment is the large terrace overlooking the 17th Green, 18th Tee, lake and surrounding mountains. It can be accessed via the sliding doors in the lounge or you can simply pull back the curtains and enjoy the view!

On the terrace you will also find a glass topped outdoor dining table, with 4 chairs. An ideal place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or even a chilled bottle of champagne!

Our luxury 2nd floor, front line, golf apartment offers the highest standard of accommodation, including two luxury bedrooms with beds, which can be either four singles or zip linked together to make two king-size beds and include floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes.

Each bedroom has a remote control tower fan for the warmer evenings. All bed linen and towels are provided, but we would ask you to provide towels for the beach / pool.

The generous living area is furnished in a contemporary style with a large luxurious leather sofa, a 37" TV, a DVD player, Digibox,and CD player, not forgetting air conditioning in the lounge and Free WiFi.

The lounge opens out onto a beautiful balcony, which is furnished with a four seater rattan sofa set with a glass coffee table and also a dining table and four chairs for more formal dining.

The balcony boasts amazing views, which stretch over the championship golf course, Sucina and the swimming pool, which is one of the largest swimming pools on the complex.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with all of the modern appliances which you would expect to find, such as a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, electric juicer and toaster.

The bathroom includes a bidet, a shower with shower screen and full size bath. Our apartment is a perfect retreat for relaxing with family and friends, whilst enjoying alfresco dining on our spacious balcony, overlooking the 14th green and 15th tee.

We also provide sun loungers and sun chairs, a parasol and a cool box, which are stored under the beds, if you wish to use them, at the beach or the poolside!

We have also acquired a travel cot and can supply other baby items on request. There are generous amounts of pools and children's play areas, with the nearest pool directly below the apartment. Our keyholder will also be on hand to help with any enquiries you may have during your stay.

Long Term Rental Available - Nerja, Costa Del Sol - Phase Unknown
We have an apartment in Nerja on the Costa Del Sol (1 hour's drive north of Málaga Airport), which we are looking at renting long term (3+ months).

It is located on the lovely Tropicana Urbanisation, which is located just west of Nerja town - easy beach walk. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a large terrace, with amazing views of the mountains, Nerja town and the sea. Very private and not overlooked. Photos are available on request.

Accessed by a number of steps, so not good for wheelchair users unfortunately.

The Urbanisation has a very popular British bar next to the communal swimming pool and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Nerja is a lovely resort which has kept it's Spanish feel. Even throughout the downturn, it has maintained a thriving atmosphere with many shops and restaurants open all year round. I was there in February and was amazed at the buzz it had even then.
